Ending 2015

Watikah hari ini adalah...

I wonder...

Setengah orang, dia akan bertanya for the sake of learning.  Some, for the sake of understanding.  Selain dari itu, bertanya untuk tau what is the best next step of action.

Tapi bagi yang setengah tu bertanya, for the sake of asking saja...  Aku terus mental shutdown.  Tolong jangan buat Mak jadi gitu ya.  Nanti Mak penuh dengan sarcasm sesangat.  Ayu jadinya Mak ni sampaikan ada paparazzi beratur tunggu Mak kat luar pintu ofis ni haaa...

Mengantuk lah jugak ni.  Agak.  I couldn't sleep malam tadi.  I drove destination of 2.5-3 hours usual driving destination menjadi dari jam 4:30 petang sampai ke rumah jam 10:30 malam.  Ini termasuklah 45 minit toilet and dinner break for the kids and 10 minutes for pengisian semula minyak kereta.  Sopan je ayat Mak tu kan - pengisian semula - reload - topap.  Then I couldn't sleep.  Maybe I was too tired and effect from the coffee I got masa stop makan tu and the timing it was at the time.

But whatever it is, (I know I shouldn't mix two and two but...)...

Yesterday, 28 December 2014 marks:

Missing Air Asia flight QZ8501
It is the 3rd missing aeroplane for Malaysia, hilang dari radar enroute Jakarta - Singapore.  Semalam was Air Asia (Indonesian) and the authorities are still locating the possible crash area.  The flight rerouted to avoid the clouds.  I think it may have been possible to avoid rain.  For the record, the rain has been bad lately.  (Read on for QZ8501)

Banjir
The rain has flooded the East Coast and several other states in Peninsula Malaysia.  It is still flooding.  Many areas tinggal jadi pulau di Kota Bharu, the worst hit so far.  (Read on flood)

School Reopening is Delayed to 12 January 2015
for the flood, the Malaysian Government has brought forward the date of school reopening.  Dari 5 January 2015, it is now 12 January 2015.  (Read on official announcement)

Segala musibah yang telah diberi adalah dugaan untuk yang terlibat.  Dugaan yang Allah saja yang tahu apa lagi yang berada dihadapannya.

Pada pendapat saya, this means that if sebelum ni tiada sistem perparitan yang baik, we should wujudkan programme to work on it phase by phase.  But from where I was semalam, I actually observed since the area tu kampung based jugak.  So kebanyakan petempatan di Kelantan, for example; telah didirikan atas tanah sendiri.  So there isn't any segregation, any need for proper drainage system.  So now, the municipal or government body kena pantau that any building requirement has to have some sort of drainage system or the owner will be fined or something like that.

Come up with better evacuation programmes.  Yang pasti, no one saw the extent of damage that this flood is still causing.  The best for us to learn from is what the Japanese have.  In each kampung, they have one SOS centre to run to.  They stock food, tents, blankets, water for survival.  Ada orang yang diorang dah elect to maintain this centre.  Diorang yang akan check on the expiry of food stock.  In relation to that, sekiranya dah boleh agak musim tengkujuh nak sampai, dah boleh prepare.  They have 6 months to prepare and plan.  Siapkan letak sekali bot-bot, life jacket dalam safety unit tu.  Dan agar ia tidak disalahgunakan or mismanagement, I suggest we can ask Bomba yang maintainkan units ni.

Tambak dan dalamkan sungai-sungai.

Truthfully, I feel heartbroken for what the nation carries.

Subhanallah.

InsyaaAllah we will get through this too.
